What I take to be the UK first edition. First published in the USA by Basic Books in 2002.
WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright, unfaded, complete and unclipped. It shows a trace of bruising at the spine ends and upper edges. Looks very sharp.
BOOK : The book is square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp. The pine ends are gently briused. The pages are clean and bright. The closed page edges are generally sound, showing the occasional faint fleck. The binding is tight – no cracked hinges. No remainder marks. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
