WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is complete and unclipped – showing the price 10s 6d on the inside flap. The wrapper shows light overall soiling – more so on the white back panel, Light rubbing to the spine ends and a small ( 1cm ) closed tear at the top of the back panel. The edges of the inside flaps are toned and spotted. Looks solid in protective plastic.
BOOK : The book is square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean. The spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. No foxing. There is ghosting to the endpapers. The closed page edges are dulled and dusty. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. A decent copy in a protected wrapper.
